Dr Lam graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the University of Hong Kong in 2003 and has been practising as a general dentist for over two decades.
Having relocated to the UK, she passed the Overseas Registration Examination (ORE) in 2024, allowing her to continue her career in dentistry. Her clinical interests span a broad range of treatments, including Invisalign and implant treatments using the Nobel Biocare system.
Beyond dentistry, Dr Lam has a deep passion for yoga and has trained as a yoga instructor, weaving together her love of movement and mindfulness with her role as a dentist. She believes that true wellness and oral health extend beyond the dental chair. The philosophy that inspired her to write her first book, which explores how mindfulness practices and conscious daily habits can empower better oral health.
Outside of dentistry and yoga, she enjoys golf, travel, and content creation.
