within 2 hours, and the clinic called to remind me to bring details of any medication and that I would need to fill out a form before my appointment. I got there 15 minutes before my appointment, was personally greeted, filled form and got seen by the dentist right on time. The dentist and his assistant were also great - listened to me properly, explained things clearly, and took care at every step that I was comfortable with. I could not have asked for more - it's like getting private dental care at NHS price!”

first into a marble table and had 2 wobbly teeth as a result. My son and I were both quite traumatised from the accident and were not in the best of spirits. Dr Nazli immediately made us feel better. She was calm, patient, kind and very professional. I didn’t even need to say or ask anything as she explained the situation to me, told me the possible outcomes, reassured me that he was going to be fine and gave me a sheet with aftercare instructions. Dr Nazli took an X-ray of my son's teeth and then took pictures of the X-ray using my phone so I could show it to my own dentist. She worked fast and with precision, while at the same time making my son and I feel so comfortable and cared for. My own dentist could learn a lot from her about treating child patients. After our experience with Dr Nazli, I have decided to move my son to her practice and have him treated by her in the future. I highly recommend this practice and especially Dr Nazli.”

in my tooth. I've arrived at the clinic yesterday at 6:50 pm. Regarding the bad reviews I was really nervous about getting in but I did. The receptionist was really kind and nice, she wanted me to fill in some regular forms. After waiting few minutes they got me into the examination room. The dentist Yelda who treated me was so nice and explained what she was going to do. I agreed and we started. Although the assistant was a bit tough trying to help keep my mouth open, the process overall was really smooth and fast. I had a temporary filling to bring me further to my registered dentist.
So I am very happy with the service I've got.

book an emergency appointment due to my teeth being so painful that I could not do the simple things at home, and being pregnant thinking about getting any infections to the baby and also the fact that I should not be taking any painkillers. I was booked an appointment straight by NHS for 20:30, at 19 I received a call from a dentist asking if I will be able to arrive early for 20:00, so I made my way straight there, I arrived at around 19:35 and I was taken straight in for a treatment.
The dentist applied anesthetic to get rid of the pain and prepare for what we would chose to do, and I was given 2 options: Cleaning the tooth root and applying the filling or the extraction. As I had so many problems with the tooth previously and I didn't want to go through the pain again and again after a couple of months, I made my decision to remove it.
The dentist was amazing, very friendly, spoke to me with a calm voice, didn't try to make me uncomfortable at any point.
The removal itself was PAINLESS, I felt nothing, the anaesthetic was applied perfectly around the area and today I woke up with no pain, following the guidance, blood clot has been formed and I am very happy not to go through the horrible pain today again.
The whole procedure itself didn't take more than 20 minutes. And I need to mention the receptionist as well, a lovely woman.”

a severe tooth/jaw ache suddenly came on late on a Saturday evening and I was 7 months pregnant. I was extremely nervous due to the poor reviews (3.0 on google at the time, 55/45 1*/5* reviews). The dentist that saw me was thorough, knowledgeable and experienced. His approach to treatment was conservative and measured. The other staff were also friendly and polite. The premises are fairly basic (which also added to my reservations before my appointment) however it was clean and had all the necessary equipment/facilities. Covid measures are also in place (temperature on arrival, face masks, sanitiser). Worth also mentioning that I paid for a private emergency appointment at a different dentist the following day (the earliest I could get privately but requested at the same time as my 111 calls). I could have cancelled this second appointment as I was happy with the appointment result from Puresmile - however, I was intrigued to see if a different dentist would conclude similarly, I was worried about my situation due to my pregnancy and I would have had to pay for it either way as it was an emergency appointment. The dentist used to obtain a second opinion was rated 4.9 on google (through lots of reviews) at the time. At this appointment, I did not share the conclusion of my appointment at Puresmile to ensure an independent assessment was carried out - the conclusion and recommended treatment matched in its entirety. Overall, I would recommend Puresmile and can’t currently understand the poor ratings on google.
Note: I was also concerned about the number of google reviews containing tooth extraction procedures - this was not my recommended treatment.”

this Dental clinic however it was booked through NHS 111 so I went with it.
I had a bad infection in my right side and took antibiotics for 5 days. I saw someone complaining about not doing anything when she was swollen but that seems normal as antibiotics are needed for the infection to be removed first. I was in excruciating pain after taking the amoxicillin but was made aware it is normal for the first 2 to 3 days for it to kick in.
Finally, on the 8th I was booked at Pure Smile. What can I say, my expectations were exceeded. Polis, the dentist that took me in was very kind and friendly. An X-ray was done and it turned out my infection spread and the molar had to be removed, but not before he explained to me the procedure and the possible side effects. After having the local anaesthetic he made sure I did not feel any pain (2 times he checked) and therefore the tooth extraction was absolutely pain free. I was told how to take care of the extraction site and even the assistant and receptionist were very friendly.
6 days have passed after the appointment and the extraction site is fine, I had some dull pain (that I was told of) and surprisingly no swelling at all. Thank you for making my experience so good for Polis and the team :)”

I received an appointment very quickly and on arriving, was asked to fill in a registration form. Was called in very soon after and was explained what the procedure was for and what would entail. Whilst waiting for the dentist to prepare her tools, the assistant went through all aspects of aftercare. Despite the molar proving tricky, the dentist removed it within 20 minutes after administering the local anaesthetic. I can not praise the dentist enough for a very professional attitude and her expert techniques.”
